We are seeking a dynamic and results - driven Automobile Regional Sales Representative to take charge of the sales activities in the designated region. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of automobiles, achieving sales targets, building and maintaining good relationships with customers, and contributing to the overall growth of the company's business in the region. Job Responsibilities Market Development: Conduct in - depth market research in the assigned region to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors' activities. Develop effective sales strategies to exploit market opportunities and expand the customer base. Sales Target Achievement: Formulate personal sales plans based on the regional sales targets set by the company. Strive to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas through active sales activities, such as cold calling, visiting customers, and participating in industry events. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long - term and stable relationships with new and existing customers. Provide professional consulting services, understand customers' needs and preferences, recommend suitable automobile models and related products, and ensure customer satisfaction. Product Promotion: Promote the company's automobile products, including their features, advantages, and after - sales services, to customers through various channels. Organize and participate in product promotion activities, such as auto shows, exhibitions, and sales events, to enhance product visibility and brand awareness in the region. Sales Documentation: Complete sales-related documents accurately and timely, such as sales contracts, order forms, and customer information records. Submit sales reports regularly to the Regional Sales Manager, including sales data, market feedback, and customer information. Coordination and Communication: Cooperate with other departments, such as the after - sales service department and the marketing department, to ensure smooth sales processes and provide comprehensive support to customers. Communicate effectively with the Regional Sales Manager to report work progress, put forward suggestions, and solve problems encountered in sales work. Job Requirements Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Work Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in automobile sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Familiarity with the automobile market in the assigned region is preferred. Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively interact with customers and promote sales. Strong sales awareness and market 洞察力,able to identify sales opportunities and respond to market changes. Good teamwork spirit and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in using office software, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
