The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies. Responsibilities Provides feedback and reports to the corporation and NAFTA with information on potential and current clients and new projects, as well as new acquisitions under corporate and planning guidelines and strategies. Provide feedback to immediate supervisor and client team by “Cluster”. Directly responsible for obtaining new projects. Responsible for maintaining current business. Compliance with Tisax requirements Comply with the requirements of the occupational health and safety system. Duties Responsible for obtaining strategic information about competitors. Responsible for obtaining future sales forecasts (annual and 5-year forecasts) as required by the corporation, with information on customer production volumes and other sources of information. Responsible for obtaining production plans from clients Responsible for obtaining and maintaining business that increases the company's share of the automotive market. Responsible for maintaining profitable prices for the organization and competitive prices for the customer. Responsible for expediting the flow of commercial data communication in contracts to ensure the collection of prices, tooling, and other information. Responsible for establishing ethical working relationships to ensure total customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsible for meeting the client's technical and administrative expectations, resulting in maximum satisfaction. Responsible for providing complete sales information so that the Sales Administrator can feed the client's SAP system. Responsible and account executive for assigned clients. Provide feedback on the tracking and status of your quotes (RFQ – tracking sheet NAFTA) Send the information required by the corporation in a timely manner. Identify, assess, and report detected hazards, as well as follow up on actions taken. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business 5+ years' of relevant work experience Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
