With delivery centers on three continents, Integreon offers multi-lingual, around-the-clock support, as well as onshore, offshore and onsite delivery of our award-winning services.Role Summary:Contract drafter, reviewer, and negotiator a variety of agreement types.Responsibilities and Duties:Draft and negotiate contracts using various contract management and productivity tools.Manage timelines and maintain personal records of completed work.Train team members on processes, including contract review and contract management.Contribute to and actively participate in process improvement initiatives.Communicate professionally and promptly with internal and external stakeholders.Ensure individual compliance with SLAs (timelines, quality).Complete administrative tasks as needed or requested.Perform quality control based on project guidelines and client instructionsPerform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.Support ad-hoc projects as required.Demonstrate flexibility and collaborate with a global team.Required Skills/Abilities: Experience in contract review projects, with a preference for experience in a managed service environment.Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms.Ability to understand complex contractual language, identify client risks, and suggest mitigations according to the client’s playbook.Strong problem-solving skills, details-oriented, and target-driven.Quick learner, adaptable to process changes in minimal time.Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to articulate issues to clients.Ability to comprehend questions and respond appropriately.Proficiency in contract management tools and MS Office.Ability to work independently, with a self-learning attitude, discipline, and minimal supervision.Responsible for compliance with ISO standards and maintaining confidentiality.Education and Experience: Attorney or Legal Degree with 1-4 years of experience in contract negotiation, administration, review, and drafting.Benefits:Health, vision, dental, 401k and tuition discountIf you are exceptional at what you do, we would love to put you to work in an exceptional company in an exceptional position.We are One.
