Job Summary – The Customer Service Administration role is accountable for supporting end-to-end order management activities to ensure accurate order placement, inventory availability, timely reporting, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. This position works closely with Category Teams, Planners, Distribution Centers, and Customer Operations to execute standard and urgent orders, manage replenishment needs, monitor order flow, and proactively resolve issues that may impact fulfillment or delivery timelines.The role is responsible for reviewing committed inventory, placing refill and priority orders, managing return and damage processes, maintaining backlog and ETA reports, and communicating allocation or system blocks to the appropriate stakeholders. By ensuring data accuracy and proactive follow-up, this position contributes to service level adherence and customer satisfaction.Years of experience needed 2–3Technical Skills: Understanding of Order ManagementInventory Management, and basic Supply Chain processes.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including English proficiency.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data validation.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and follow standardized processes.Certifications Needed: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.***Salary $20,000 Pesos per month***
