Administrative Assistant

Lux Populi is an independent lighting design studio located in Mexico City. Our team consists of lighting designers trained from backgrounds in architecture, engineering, interior design, industrial design and lighting. In order to have the best performance of the company, we have a great Administration Team, that is growing, and we’re looking to bring an assistant to the team by this fall. We are looking for an assistant to support our daily operations and work along with our administration team, willing and eager to grow and engage with our values and vision. You´re the one if you: * Have more than 2 years of experience in administration * Have Administration & logistics knowledge * Have wide knowledge of financial reports * Are able to handle a large volume of tasks * Are meticulous, keen eye for details and able to create insights * Are able to work well in a team & are multitask * Have an interest in administration beyond only accountancy Responsibilities Perform administrative support functions Update and maintain database with data entry and reports Handle reports Handle day-to-day duties including purchases, office facilities, human resources Qualifications 1-3 years' of experience working in administration Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish Highly detail-oriented As well as a competitive pay, we offer benefits which include 20 days of paid annual leave, pension scheme, health insurance, and PTU.
