We publish free content to support aspiring marketers who may not have access to formal education or expensive programs.What We're Looking ForYou might be a great fit if you are:Experienced with both static and video ad design and creative strategy for paid mediaComfortable working with 6-8 figure eCommerce brandsStrong in both visual creativity and detail orientationUp-to-date on modern design trends and ad creative performanceAn excellent communicator with strong English writing and speaking skillsAlways learning and eager to grow within your roleWhat You’ll DoAd Creative Support for Paid MediaDesign performance-driven ad creatives (static and video) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, & TikTokUsing Figma for static ad production, and Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects for video ad productionOrganize and maintain file & folder structures for all design assetsEnsure a non-destructive editing process to eliminate redundancies during productionWork with our Head of Creative and media buyers to review and improve creativesMaintain a repository of creative executions in ForeplayConduct competitor research to stay informed on market trendsIdeate and test new creative strategies to support client growthDocument creative learnings and share them with the internal teamCreative Studio and Branding ProjectsBuild a theme and format library based on ad performance dataSupport process improvement across the design and creative workflowContribute visual content for Brighter Click’s marketing, including social, email, and webStay engaged with ongoing training and industry learningPodcast Post-productionEdit Brighter Click’s and our client’s podcast videosSelecting and clipping short videos from the full-length podcast video to be shared on socials (LinkedIn, X, YouTube), ensuring content is within safe zones Write the post copy to accompany the clipsProduce the newsletter that accompanies the podcastMaintain templates for each step of the process for consistency in outputWhat You Need to Succeed3 to 4 years of experience in ad design (both static and video)Proven work on paid media campaigns for eCommerce brandsExperience incorporating ad copy into creative planningFull-time availabilityStrong creative instincts and high attention to detailA clear understanding of eCommerce marketing and creative best practicesWhat’s In It for YouThe chance to lead creative direction for fast-growing eCommerce brandsA remote-first schedule and collaborative cultureOngoing access to professional development and training resourcesA team that values clarity, creativity, and performanceReady to Apply?If you are excited to build standout creative ads and want to join a supportive team that challenges and grows with you, we’d love to hear from you.
