We are looking for a seasoned Intercompany Design Lead to join our team, with deep expertise in financial systems and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL) master data, Customer and Vendor Master processes, reporting, and intercompany netting. This role requires strong leadership in system design, implementation, and process optimization, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end system implementation projects, including requirements gathering, data migration, and user training, ensuring timely and successful delivery.Troubleshoot independently, identifying and resolving root causes efficiently.Drive cross-functional initiatives, partnering with global teams such as Tax, IT, and Controllers to deliver compliant and optimized solutions.Oversee design, system controls, SIT/UAT testing, and implementation for finance digital mandate compliance.Conduct system analysis and feasibility studies to assess impacts of system changes or enhancements.Provide expert-level training and support for complex system functionalities.Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.Lead quality assurance efforts, ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial outputs.Apply advanced subject matter expertise to influence policies and resolve complex business issues.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s or Graduate degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.7–10 years of experience in finance, process improvement, or related fields.Proven expertise with SAP S/4HANA.Preferred CertificationsPMI Agile Certified PractitionerCertified Financial Systems ProfessionalSkills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills:SAP Applications (S/4HANA)Accounting principlesAgile methodology & ScrumAutomation & process improvementBusiness analysis & requirements gatheringSQL & data analysisSystems development life cycle (SDLC)Workflow managementCore Skills:Effective communication & stakeholder managementAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong project management and time management abilitiesResults-driven with learning agility and digital fluencyCustomer-centric approach
