Role’s MissionThe Field Ops Project Manager is key in controlling and distributing activities for the Field Team, and has significant contact with the day-to-day reality of Physical Stores.The Field Ops Project Manager serves as a liaison between the various internal teams of Aplazo and the Aplazo Field Team. Additionally, allocates resources for New and existing Physical Stores.Key responsibilitiesSupervise the correct implementation of Aplazo in Physical Stores.Communicate the sales objectives of the Field team that should drive the adoption of Aplazo in Physical Stores.Be the POC (Point of Contact) between the Field team and other internal Aplazo teams (Marketing, Account Management, Sales, Product).Assign new Stores to existing Aplazo zones.Assign visit frequency to Stores.Be a Leader in promoting and identifying new strategies to accelerate the adoption of Aplazo in Physical Stores.Involves travel within the country. Prior notice. (10% of traveling)Requirements Must haveExperience: Project ImplementationYears of experience 1-2 YearsTechnical skills: strong proficiency in excel / sheetsSoft skills:Academic background (studies or certifications): Project Manager, Bachelor’s degree.Nice to haveExperience working in tech companies and/or retail.Languages:Spanish (Advance)English (Intermediate)
