Technical Project Program Manager

Role: IT Program Manager / IT Project ManagerType: Contract roleLocation: Candidate must be from Mexico / Remote work okLength: 12+ MonthsThe IT Program Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the design, development, and implementation of the program. MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.Program Management Professional (PgPM) certification preferred.Minimum of 7 years of project management experience managing multiple medium/high complexity projects in a matrix resource environment, working with diverse project sponsors across multiple organizations.2 to 4 years of experience leading teams.5+ years of experience in software or systems testing.5+ years in software development.Experience influencing and managing project teams without formal direct reporting relationships.Experience managing System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects using an iterative methodology preferred.
