Fulfillment Specialist

Position: Fulfillment SpecialistLocation: RemoteSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ESTCompensation: $900 USD/monthWe’re hiring a Fulfillment Specialist to manage ongoing communication and coordination with clients who are subscribed to our services. Your primary responsibility is to make sure clients receive everything they’ve signed up for—on time, accurately, and with a great experience.This role is ideal for someone organized, client-focused, and proactive in follow-through. You’ll act as the bridge between our internal team and the client to ensure smooth execution and strong retention.Key Responsibilities:Follow up with subscribed clients to gather necessary information and assetsTrack each client’s fulfillment progress to ensure nothing falls through the cracksRespond to client questions and provide updates on service deliveryCoordinate with internal team members to keep delivery on scheduleMaintain clear records and update client status in project management toolsIdentify and resolve basic client issues or escalate when neededIdeal Qualifications:Experience in customer success, operations, or account coordinationExcellent communication skills and fluent written EnglishStrong organization and attention to detailComfortable using tools like Airtable, Slack, Notion, or CRMsAble to manage follow-ups with professionalism and persistenceYou're a Fit If You:Are friendly, reliable, and great with follow-throughLike creating clarity for both clients and teamsTake ownership of your work and communicate clearlyAre responsive and thrive in remote-first environments
