This position supports customer experience analytics to enhance the overall customer experience and optimize customer interactions. The role applies working analytical knowledge to provide actionable insights that inform strategic initiatives and improve customer interactions. The position collaborates with stakeholders to align analytical efforts with business objectives while serving as a valued thought partner. It executes effective reporting systems and analytical tools to enable data-informed decisions. The role is an individual contributor who works independently with moderate guidance to deliver sound analytical practices that enhance customer experience capabilities.This role will require an eventual firm understanding of complex company data, the ability to write complex SQL queries to extract/analyze that data, and the building of slides or PowerBI Dashboards to communicate learnings and insights, often to executive audiences.The CX Data analyst will be responsible of getting necessary data to develop an accurate analysis, data tables, writing their code in SQLWhat you’ll bring: Bachelor´s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Math or relatedFinancial or Insurance background is a plusFull English proficiency+5 years of experience in Data AnalyticsStrong communication skills to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersDashboard buildingQuerying complex data tablesSQLPower BIExcelPower PointPhytonR code is a plusSoft skills:Work Underpressure, Quality at work, Results OrientedWhat can YOU expect in a career with Capgemini?
