The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders across the Forex business. You’ll play a key role in shaping organizational culture, driving performance, supporting talent development, and leading HR initiatives that align with business goals. The ideal candidate understands the unique dynamics of the Forex/financial services space, including regulatory compliance, fast-changing environments, and high-performance cultures.Key Responsibilities:Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, feedback, and succession planning.Lead talent development and career pathing initiatives tailored to high-performing trading and operations teams.Collaborate with leadership to support change management initiatives in a rapidly evolving business.Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, financial industry regulations, and internal policies.Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, headcount trends) to influence strategy and drive improvements.Champion company culture and drive engagement initiatives across cross-functional and global teams.Act as a coach and advisor to leaders on HR issues such as team dynamics, leadership development, and conflict resolution.Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure hiring aligns with long-term business needs and compliance standards.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 in a Business Partner or senior HR leadership role.Experience in the Forex, financial services, trading, or fintech industries is highly preferred.Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders.Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment practices, and regulatory frameworks within the financial sector.Demonstrated experience in managing organizational change and scaling HR processes in fast-paced environments.Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
