About the Role:We’re on the hunt for a sharp, analytical mind to help us operate and grow our gaming products.This role sits at the heart of our product operations — where creativity meets precision — and involves driving innovation, executing in-game campaigns, optimizing revenue, analyzing data, and ensuring localization and quality are top-notch.We're especially looking for someone with deep understanding of the LATAM gaming community — someone who truly gets what excites our players, and can turn those insights into impactful strategies and experiences. If you live and breathe games, and have strong intuition about player behavior in Latin America, you’ll thrive in this role.You’ll be the one connecting in-game operations and player feedback with real business impact, working across systems and teams to shape live experiences, optimize product performance, fine-tune monetization strategies, and anticipate future trends.If you're a numbers-driven problem-solver with a passion for games and player insights, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Design, execute, and optimize in-game campaigns and live operations to support overall product growth and player engagement.Analyze player behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to drive data-informed decisions and continuous product improvement.Support revenue optimization initiatives through pricing strategy, promotional planning, and sales performance tracking.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of in-game events, quality localization, and operational accuracy.Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and projections to support product and business strategy.Leverage player insights — especially from the LATAM gaming community — to enhance product relevance and player satisfaction.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any field.Passion for gaming products is a must — we’re looking for someone who understands and cares deeply about player experience.Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex, data-driven decisions.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Highly organized and detail-oriented in handling operational workflows and timelines.Fluent in English (spoken and written), with the ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or other data tools is a plus.Knowledge of the LATAM gaming market or player community is a strong advantage.Experience working with large datasets is a plus.Prior exposure to campaign planning, live ops, or product optimization is a plus.
