Sr. Operations Manager

About the Role:Ilnia is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead and improve our operational systems, manage complex projects, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the business. This is an on-site role for someone with extensive experience in operations, eCommerce, and customer-facing teams. You’ll be a key decision-maker and problem-solver, working closely with leadership to drive performance and long-term growth.Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations, ensuring workflows are efficient, consistent, and aligned with the companyLead cross-functional projects and initiatives, managing timelines, tasks, and teamsResolve high-priority issues quickly, including internal escalations and external customer problemsCollaborate closely with customer support, logistics, and product teams to streamline processesMonitor KPIs and operational performance; use data to recommend improvementsManage and support the company’s Shopify infrastructure and eCommerce performanceServe as a key point of contact for vendor relations and third-party tool managementActively support buyers and sellers in finalizing purchases, including documentation and issue resolutionDrive continuous improvement across all operational processesRequirements:7+ years of relevant operations and project management experience, ideally in eCommerceStrong background in customer service operations and conflict resolutionFluent English speaker with excellent communication skillsProven success managing cross-functional teams and delivering on complex projectsWatch industry experience is a bonus but not requiredHighly organized, resourceful, and solution-orientedWhy Join Ilnia: You’ll be joining a team that values accountability, action, and trust.
