Performance Marketing Manager – Medical Clinic SectorAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Manager to lead Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising efforts for a growing portfolio of clients in the medical clinic sector. In this role, you’ll not only plan and optimize ad campaigns but also serve as the strategic account lead—guiding creative direction, managing performance, and ensuring campaigns generate measurable results.You’ll collaborate closely with designers, editors, and copywriters to develop scroll-stopping, high-converting ads that speak to patients and drive appointment bookings, consultations, and clinic revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategically plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns with a focus on CPL, CPA, and ROAS within the medical and wellness spaceServe as the primary account manager for clients, providing insight, direction, and performance updatesDevelop strong creative briefs and partner with creative teams to produce ad content tailored to medical clinic audiencesConduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, copy, and landing pages to optimize conversion ratesMonitor and analyze campaign performance using Ads Manager and other analytics toolsStay ahead of platform updates and creative best practices in the paid social landscapeTranslate campaign data into actionable recommendations to drive better patient acquisition resultsQualifications5+ years of experience running Meta ads (Facebook/Instagram), preferably with performance goals in mindDeep understanding of creative strategy (hooks, messaging, visuals) and what drives conversionsProven ability to collaborate with creative teams and manage client expectationsStrong analytical skills and proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and reporting toolsHighly organized, proactive, and detail-orientedBonus: Experience working with clients in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or medical clinics
