Consolidated revenues as of 12 months ending September 2024 totaled $13.7 billion.THE BUSINESS ANALYST WILL BE PIVOTAL IN TRANSLATING COMPLEX BUSINESS NEEDS INTO CLEAR, ACTIONABLE REQUIREMENTS AND ENSURING SEAMLESS COMMUNICATION BETWEEN STAKEHOLDERS, DEVELOPERS, UX AND QA. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BRING BOTH FREIGHT INDUSTRY DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE AND STRONG TECHNICAL ANALYSIS CAPABILITIES.RESPONSIBILITIES:Requirements Gathering: Facilitate interviews, workshops, and system walkthroughs to gather and clarify requirements. This may include reviewing and reverse-engineering legacy SQL scripts and UI workflows to extract functional needs.JIRA Backlog Maintenance: Write and maintain clear, concise, and groom-ready user stories with defined acceptance criteria. Ensure all epics, stories, and tasks are well-structured for agile refinement and sprint planning.Process & Documentation Management: Create and update business process flows, system diagrams, user guides, and release documentation to support ongoing development and stakeholder understanding.Testing & Data Validation: Partner with QA and business stakeholders to support user acceptance testing (UAT). Validate data outputs using SQL and ensure alignment with business logic and expectations.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, developers, UX designers, and QA. Ensure technical solutions are aligned with business goals and usability standards.REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Analytical Skills: Ability to deconstruct complex problems, analyze raw data (especially rate structures), and synthesize insights into actionable requirements.Domain Expertise: In-depth understanding of freight brokerage, carrier, and logistics operations, including industry-specific processes and regulations.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using various business analysis tools and software (at least intermediate in SQL) with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.Vendor Management: Skilled in managing relationships with vendors and third-party software providers to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, gather requirements, and present findings and recommendations.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or low-code/no-code solutions.• Familiarity with legacy systems such as MS Access and VB Script-based tools.• Exposure to rate engines, pricing systems, or TMS integrations.We offer a competitive package that includesLife insuranceMajor Medical Expenses InsuranceMinor Medical Expense InsuranceSavings Fund 13% Food vouchers 10% 30 days as Christmas Bonus12 days of vacation in the first year, increasing 2 days as dictated by law.Additionally, we provide continuous training and development opportunities to help our employees achieve their professional goals.We need Fluent English.
