We are honored to be recognized by the Great Place to Work Institute as one of the Top 10 companies to work for in Mexico, offering a highly flexible work environment, impactful Agile projects, a results-oriented culture, extensive training opportunities, and robust career development support.Mandatory Skills Description:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Project coordination or management experience, preferably in an IT setting.- Experience with hardware and software provisioning, procurement, contract interpretation and or compliance policies and processes.- Understanding of IT experience (Infrastructure, Networking and Datacenter Migration), including Microsoft email solutions.- 2+ years of experience leading development teams.- 2+ years of experience as SCRUM Master- 2+ years of experience as BA and/or PO- Proficiency in the use of Atlassian collaboration tools (other collaboration tools are welcomed).- Is able to work with Agile coaches and other SCRUM Masters to grow within the role. Identifies when there is a gap and immediately ask for help.-Participation in projects and experience with:- Networking- Infrastructure- Data Migration-English: C1 Advanced and Spanish: C1 Advanced
