This position is a remote position to work from Mexico. You will be working as a consultant directly with clients US Clients.We offer:100% Remote Work$55,000 MXN monthly gross (Before Taxes)Wonderful benefits like Private Health and Life Insurance, Vales de Despensa, Continuous training, and 30 day end of the year bonus (Aguinaldo)Job Title: Data Analyst SpecialistWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support production systems, analyze application data, and identify trends to improve system performance and stability. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience with Unix, databases, and scripting, and the ability to extract insights from complex data sets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate issues, automate monitoring processes, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of data structures, ETL/batch processes, and the ability to clearly communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and Resolve Issues – Investigate application data issues through log analysis and debugging to identify root causes and trends.Drive Performance Improvements – Monitor system health, detect recurring issues, and recommend or implement data-driven solutions to enhance stability.Collaborate and Communicate – Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage incidents, share insights, and support continuous improvement.Automate and Report – Identify opportunities for automation, support the development of monitoring tools, and generate reports to track application health and support metrics.Requirements:Strong Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to analyze issues in development or production environments, identify patterns, and recommend effective solutions.Technical Proficiency –Operating Systems: Good knowledge of Unix/Linux.Programming: Experience with at least one structured or object-oriented language (e.g., Java, C, C++).Scripting: Familiarity with Shell, Python, JavaScript, or Perl.Database Expertise – Experience with databases like Oracle, Sybase, DB2, or MongoDB. Strong skills in SQL, working with ETL processes, batch jobs, and ensuring good performance and reliability of data systems.Communication Skills – Ability to clearly explain technical and functional issues to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.Data Structures Knowledge – Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, particularly in applying data structures to real-world use cases.
