You'll play a critical role in building and analyzing costs, uncovering trends, and influencing strategic decisions that drive growth and operational efficiency.Responsibilities:Develop and manage cost estimates using S/4HANA ERPPartner with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve costing issuesLead efforts in creating and updating annual standard costsEnsure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards (GAAP)Prepare COGS forecasts and analyze performance against targetsConduct monthly and quarterly closes, including journal entries and reconciliationsIdentify cost variances and deliver actionable insights to leadershipLeverage tools like Power BI, PowerQuery, and Power Automate to improve reporting and visualizationRecommend and support system/process enhancements to drive efficiencyTranslate complex financial data into clear, business-driven recommendations Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldHands-on experience through internships or relevant work (finance, costing, analytics)Strongly preferred: Familiarity with S/4HANA and/or data analytics platforms like Power BIEnglish fluency requiredStrong analytical thinking and attention to detailA collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and functionsProactive and results-driven, with strong initiative and ownershipExcellent Excel skills and a love of solving complex problemsInnovative, curious, and eager to improve systems and processesAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
