About the Role:Are you passionate about research and uncovering valuable insights to drive sales success? As a Maketing Research Analyst at GlobalLogic, you’ll be the backbone of our marketing and revenue development teams by validating and enriching lead data. While you won’t be directly engaging with prospects, your work will have a huge impact by ensuring that our sales teams have the right contacts and accurate information to close deals.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on uncovering new contacts, mapping buying groups, and using a variety of tools to build a comprehensive contact database. You'll support marketing and sales teams by providing them with targeted, actionable insights that help drive business growth.What You'll Do:Lead Management: Ensure inbound leads are accurately assigned to the correct sales rep based on territory and segmentation rules.Account Intelligence: Discover, validate, and enrich contact information for key decision-makers, helping to build account maps and identify buying groups.Research & Discovery: Use a variety of tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Salesforce, etc.) to search for new contacts, account insights, and buying group information.Collaboration: Work closely with both the Marketing and Sales Development teams to ensure contact data is aligned with the sales process.Forecasting & Tracking: Provide weekly forecasts of validated contacts and buying groups, tracking discovery activities in our CRM system.Insight-Driven Action: Stay proactive and open to exploring new methods for gaining valuable insights into our target buyers and accounts.What We’re Looking For:Experience & Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or related field.Research Expertise: Strong ability to research and validate contacts/accounts using sales tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Salesforce, and others.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling contact data.Proactive Attitude: Curious and resourceful, always exploring new ways to gather insights and improve processes.Sales Savvy: Ability to understand buyer personas and develop targeted research to support sales.Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration and reporting.Project Management Skills: Ability to manage tasks, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines efficiently.Bonus Points If You Have:Experience in industries with significant customer or prospect interactions.Previous project management experience.A passion for using social media tools to track and monitor key accounts and buying groups.Department/Project Description:At GlobalLogic, you’ll be supporting a leading healthcare solutions provider whose products help over 1 million users daily.
