In this role, you'll work closely with senior clients, internal stakeholders, and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, improve platform reliability, and automate recurring support tasks.Key Responsibilities:Investigate and resolve complex technical issues from clients and internal teamsAct as an escalation point for Level 1 supportCollaborate with engineering teams to resolve client-impacting problemsAutomate manual support processes to improve efficiency and reduce riskParticipate in on-call rotations and respond to incidentsMentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharingHelp shape our SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) strategyCreate clear documentation and code snippets for internal and external useRequirements:Strong experience coding in Java and/or PythonComfortable debugging APIs and creating scripts/tools for troubleshootingBasic knowledge of UI and API integrationStrong communication skills and client-facing presenceAbility to balance hands-on support with building long-term solutions
