This is a highly autonomous role requiring someone who turns business needs into actionable technical outcomes—a problem-solver, not just a question-asker.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate business requirements into technical deliverables.Work with SCIB systems, AFT processing, and customer data flows.Collaborate with tech teams to ensure accurate and compliant data movement.Own project planning, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.Required Skills & Experience5–7 years in IT project management or banking system integration.Deep understanding of CIB operations, AFT, and SCIB systems.Strong grasp of customer data manipulation, migration, and governance.Self-driven, solution-oriented, and highly organized.Nice to HavePMP or similar certificationExperience with integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Informatica)Agile/Scrum project experience
