IBM Maximo: B2

We are seeking a skilled IBM Maximo Consultant with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Maximo Asset Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of asset lifecycle management and strong technical proficiency in Maximo configuration and integration. Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize IBM Maximo Asset Management modules (Work Order, Asset, Inventory, Procurement, etc.) Develop and maintain workflows, escalations, and automation scripts. Participate in Maximo implementations, upgrades, and migrations. Integrate Maximo with external systems using REST APIs, web services, or middleware. Perform system administration tasks: user setup, security groups, domains, and cron tasks. Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into Maximo solutions. Provide support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for Maximo environments. Create technical documentation, user manuals, and conduct end-user training. Required Skills and Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience with IBM Maximo (preferably version 7.6 or later). Strong understanding of Maximo application designer, database configuration, and conditional expressions. Experience in BIRT report development. Knowledge of Java, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Jython). Hands-on experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF). Familiarity with cloud deployments (IBM Maximo Application Suite on AWS/Azure) is a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. IBM Maximo Certification is a plus (e.g., Maximo Asset Management v7.x Functional Analyst or Deployment Professional).
