As a leading provider of digital solutions, we empower organizations to stay digitally relevant across diverse domains, technologies, and skillsets every day.We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of:Scrum master (SAFe Knowledge)RequirementsScrum Master – 4 to 6 YoESAFe Knowledge (Certification desirable)Devops Tools KnowledgeConversational EnglishFacilitating Scrum Events:Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Ensure these events are productive and within the timebox.Coaching and Mentoring:Guide team members in self-management and cross-functionality.Provide coaching on Agile practices and principles.Removing Impediments:Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team’s progress.Ensure a smooth workflow by addressing internal and external blockers.Supporting the Product Owner:Assist in effective Product Backlog management.Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and communication.Promoting Continuous Improvement:Encourage the team to reflect on their processes and identify areas for improvement.Implement changes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.Maintaining Scrum Artifacts:Ensure that the Scrum board and other tools like Jira are up-to-date.Regularly analyze burndown charts and other metrics to track progress.Internal Consulting:Act as a consultant to team members and stakeholders on best practices.Help resolve team disagreements and improve work styles.At Greymatter Innovationz, we offer a dynamic work environment where you'll collaborate with industry experts and contribute to cutting-edge projects.
