Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to join our Windows Engineering team at Marsh McLennan. As a Senior Analyst – IT Systems Engineering, you will play a vital role in implementing technical solutions, supporting internal and external stakeholders, and resolving high-priority technical incidents. This is a hybrid role based in Mexico City, with a requirement of working at least three days a week onsite at Torre Mayor.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a liaison between internal teams and external clients, ensuring effective communication and project updates.Implement infrastructure changes including configuration of IIS, VIPs, and SSL certificates.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including Severity 1 incidents.Remediate vulnerabilities in middleware systems to maintain security compliance.Administer Windows-based applications, managing installations, upgrades, and configurations.Required QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in system implementation and project coordination.Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.Proficient in Windows Server administration (2019+), IIS, and Apache/HA Proxy.Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (PowerShell, etc.).Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.Why Join UsBe part of a global leader in risk, strategy, and people, with access to ongoing professional development and career growth.Thrive in a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive culture that values innovation and teamwork.Enjoy a competitive compensation package, health benefits, and well-being resources.
