As the agency continues to grow, they’re looking to bring on two people:An Account Manager who can take great care of client relationships and keep operations on trackAn Amazon Brand Manager who knows how to drive sales and performance across Amazon listings, ads, and strategyBoth roles are fully remote, full-time, and ideal for people who enjoy autonomy, love solving problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Account ManagerWhat You’ll DoBe the main point of contact for your clientsKeep accounts healthy—monitor KPIs, resolve issues, and make sure everything is running as it shouldCoordinate with internal teams on listings, logistics, and creative needsShare regular performance updates and suggest areas for improvementStay on top of daily admin tasks and help clients feel supported at every stepSpot opportunities to add value, whether through better communication or smarter executionWhat We’re Looking For3+ years in account management or customer success (Amazon or eCommerce experience is a plus)Great communicator—clear, calm, and comfortable leading client callsProactive and organized—you catch problems early and keep things movingComfortable juggling multiple accounts in a remote setupBonus points if you’ve worked inside an eCommerce agency or Amazon-facing businessAmazon Brand ManagerWhat You’ll DoOwn strategy and execution across Amazon—from listings and SEO to ads and pricingOptimize content, visuals, and product positioning to increase salesPlan and run PPC campaigns with a focus on return and efficiencyAnalyze performance data and tweak strategies based on what’s workingStay current on Amazon updates, policies, and best practicesWork closely with operations, creative, and client teams to align on goalsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years working with Amazon Seller Central—ideally in a brand or account manager roleStrong track record of growing brands and running effective PPC campaignsKnows the platform inside and out—from A+ content to backend keywordingData-driven, but not afraid to test and experimentStrong communicator who can explain the “why” behind the numbersBonus points for experience with Amazon DSP, global marketplaces, or content strategyWhat Both Roles OfferFully remote setup—work from anywhereCompetitive pay + retention bonuses at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months10 days PTO per year, plus public holidays and sick leaveDirect mentorship from experienced operatorsOngoing access to learning and development resourcesA team that actually cares about people, not just output
