Performance Marketing Manager focused on Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition. If you enjoy designing custom journeys, scaling omnichannel campaigns and building memorable experiences to attract the best talent, this challenge is for you.Key responsibilitiesDesign and implement the comprehensive digital strategy for attracting talent: always-on campaigns, inbound recruitment, and performance marketing.Define and evolve the martech architecture (CRM, automation, analytics, attribution, etc.).Integrate and synchronize key platforms: ATS, CRM, job site, social networks, and landing pages.Implement attribution and travel tracking models for the talent funnel.Optimization and performanceMonitor digital investment (Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, etc.) maximizing ROI.Lead SEO/SEM, email marketing, remarketing and automation strategies by segment.Foster a test & learn culture: A/B testing, cohorts, advanced analytics and data-driven decisions.Channels, content and communicationLead the talent-oriented organic and paid social media strategy.Explore and scale new channels such as WhatsApp Business, Discord, YouTube Talent Channels or interactive lives.Manage collaborations with micro influencers, content creators and related employer brands.Leadership and collaborationCoordinate with Internal Communications, HR, creative team and external agencies to align narrative and objectives.Lead the digital team (analysts, social media, media buyers) from a culture of innovation, accountability and growth.Measure, report and act on KPIs of talent attraction, conversion and engagement.Academic backgroundBachelor’s degree in engineering related to Digital Marketing.Desirable: experience in startups, specialization in Martech, Digital Transformation or Employer Branding.Working experienceOver 5 years in digital marketing, including at least 2 leading teams.Experience in lead generation campaignsDomain platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot and automation tools.Key insightsPerformance marketing on a large scale, either in budget or structure.Advanced BI attribution and analysis models (Power BI, Looker, etc.).Martech Stack and first-party data strategies.Using generative AI to scale content or insights (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, etc.).SkillsStrategic thinking with a focus on results.Analytical ability to make data-driven decisions.Inspiring leadership, agile project management and collaborative vision.Growth mindset and strong digital orientation.What do we offer?
