SwipeLabs.io is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, particularly in managing paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions for our tech startup & ecommerce clients. Experience working with DTC and CPG apps, and tech startups is a significant advantage.Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to achieve key performance metrics and business objectives.Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to maximize campaign performance and ROI.Create and manage campaigns, ad groups, and ad creatives, including A/B testing and ongoing optimization to improve ad performance.Monitor campaign budgets, performance metrics, and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Analyze data and provide regular reporting on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to continuously refine advertising strategies.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, design, and product to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing initiatives.Keep abreast of competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.Requirements:Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in campaign optimization techniques, including bid management, audience segmentation, and ad creative testing.Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new ideas and strategies to drive results.Experience working with DTC and CPG products, apps, and tech startups is a significant advantage.
