Under general supervision, this human resources position will be responsible for contributing to the objectives of Hunt Mexicana. This role collaborates with internal and external partners to respond to business and/or employee needs. The Generalist acts as business professionals, they are leaders and champions of team members and change agents. This position will provide strategic and tactical HR support and programs to the organization, including client education on compliance, performance management, professional development, and advice on various management topics. Key Responsibilities: Addresses issues among employees, through effective, thorough, and objective investigations, committing to compliance as needed to resolve, and keeping managers informed of status as needed. Maintains knowledge of reforms and / or legal requirements in labor matters in order to reduce legal risks and ensure due regulatory compliance. Escalate cases as needed with corporate. Partners with team members to be a champion of employee experience and achieve an effective workplace culture. Forms effective relationships with customer groups, trains, consults and empowers management, providing guidance to people when appropriate. Develops a basic level of business and human resources acumen to identify trends and metrics in partnership with corporate teams to develop solutions, programs, policies, and learning opportunities. Helps create and execute talent development programs for the Hunt Mexicana team. Works closely with management and team members to improve labor relations and comply with ethical, moral and professional standards. It will be responsible for increasing productivity and retention of our talent. Publish and/or advertise Hunt Mexicana vacancies. Select and supervise the candidate search process and keep the talent portfolio updated. Interview, evaluate and refer candidates for appropriate jobs. Be responsible for the contracting process and keep the team's file updated. The functions mentioned above are not limiting but merely illustrativeMinimum Qualifications: 3+ years HR/Generalist experience with emphasis on employee relations, labor relations, employee advocacy and cultural change activities or relevant organizational experience OR bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Management, Communications, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and/or military equivalent, or a related field with 1+ years of relevant work experiencePreferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Management, Communications, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field with 2+ years of relevant work experienceAND/ORDemonstration of the following skills and abilities through education, certifications, military, or other experiences:Comfortable with high volume and very fast-paced workload.Demonstrate discretion and sound judgment while working with sensitive and confidential materialsResults driven; able to deliver full-cycle projects (start to finish) and results in a timely mannerAbility to solve moderate to complex problems; resourceful and takes initiative to seek internal and external resources when problem-solvingDetails:Level of English: Advanced (required)Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am -5pm.Monthly Salary: $31,000/MXN
