Payroll Supervisor

Purpose: Operate and manage the payroll operations for Chirey Motor Mexico employees, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and fairness in compensation while maintaining strict adherence to Mexican labor laws, fiscal regulations, and corporate compliance standardsPosition Tasks & Responsibilities: Payroll pre-processing management, considering incidences, vacation bonus, worked rest days, disabilities, and absences.Creation of layouts for payroll disbursement for CMM.Creation of layouts for payroll disbursement for Chirey School.Calculation of pantry and fuel vouchers, including balance requests on the platform and requests for income and replacement cards.Request and integration of monthly employee KPIs for the calculation of the variable monthly bonus.Responsible for the registration and deregistration of employees with IMSS, and the submission of requests for INFONAVIT and FONACOT.Responsible for the registration and deregistration of employees in Major Medical Insurance (SGMM) and Life Insurance (SV).Management of monthly payments for ISN and SUA.Management of payments for profit sharing (PTU), year-end bonus, savings fund, and annual bonus.Manage audit payroll process, with local authorities and vendors.Responsible for all reports required of payroll to follow finance, legal and labor authorities.Knowledge of:Mexican legal and taxes regulationExcelSoftware such as: Cornerstone, SSFF, SAP among othersExperience / Education:College graduate or equivalent training in Business administration, Finance, Accounting, or related.Over 5 years of experience
