In this role, you’ll focus on sourcing top talent, conducting market research, and supporting go-to-market (GTM) strategies for our clients. You’ll dive deep into the startup landscape, identify promising candidates and opportunities, and help build the foundation for successful growth.ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively source and build robust candidate pipelines for key Growth, Marketing, and Product roles, aligning with the unique needs of hyper-growth startups.Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on startup trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform sourcing strategies and GTM candidate recommendations.Startup Ecosystem Engagement: Identify and engage with high-potential candidates and strategic partners using platforms like LinkedIn, Wellfound, and our internal ATS.Outreach & Relationship Building: Craft compelling outreach to candidates, founders, and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to support talent acquisition initiatives.Data & Insights: Track and analyze sourcing metrics, market data, and performance to refine approaches and deliver value to clients.RequirementsPassion for Startups: A genuine interest in the startup ecosystem, with a curiosity for emerging trends, technologies, and business models.Research Skills: 1-3 years of experience in research, sourcing, market analysis, or related fields, preferably in a startup environment or with exposure to fast growing startups (e.g., Recruitment, Digital Marketing, Business Support, EA, Admin, or Sales).Communication: Proficient in speaking and writing in English, with the ability to craft compelling, tailored outreach.Curiosity & Initiative: Naturally curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn about startups, and GTM talent.Positive Mindset: A can-do attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, remote environment.Why Join Ruckus?Join a dynamic, remote team obsessed with empowering startups to succeed.
