Job Description: Travel Nurse RNLocation: Various Locations in TexasPosition Overview:We are seeking dedicated and experienced Travel Nurse Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings across Texas, providing critical care and support to diverse patient populations.Key Responsibilities:- Patient Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring all health standards and patient care protocols are adhered to.- Assessment and Monitoring: Evaluate patient conditions, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and record patient progress.- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.- Adaptability: Quickly adapt to new environments and teams, integrating seamlessly to provide excellent patient care.- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatments, and progress.- Patient Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for patients, ensuring they receive comprehensive and compassionate care.Qualifications:- Licensure: Must hold a current and active Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas or possess a compact license.- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a clinical setting, with previous travel nursing experience being a plus.- Specialization: Ability to work in various specialties is preferred, including Medical-Surgical, ICU, ER, and Obstetrics.- Certification: BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
