Our team is committed to guiding clients through the pre-litigation process with professionalism and care.Position Overview:We are seeking a Bilingual Case Manager (English/Spanish) with strong pre-litigation personal injury experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and have a clear, easy-to-understand speaking voice. This role is critical in managing client relationships, coordinating medical treatment, and ensuring smooth case progression.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the pre-litigation phase.Maintain excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.Schedule and follow up on medical treatment appointments for clients.Remind clients of upcoming appointments and ensure compliance with treatment plans.Assist clients with property damage claims, including vehicle repairs and rentals.Manage case files using Filevine or similar legal case management software.Collect and organize medical records, bills, and other documentation.Communicate effectively with medical providers, insurance companies, and other third parties.Ensure timely updates and documentation of case progress.Qualifications:Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).Clear and understandable speaking voice with no distracting accent.Minimum 2 years of experience handling pre-litigation personal injury cases.Experience in other legal areas or litigation is not relevant for this role.Proficiency in Filevine or similar legal software.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of medical treatment workflows and terminology.Familiarity with property damage claims and processes.Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume caseload.
