Miami-based Personal Injury Law Firm seeks a personable, empathetic, and amazing intake specialist. We help people who have been seriously injured in accidents get the money they need to pay their medical bills and rebuild their life. Our law firm is made up of aggressive, dedicated, and zealous A players who go above and beyond to make sure our clients are well taken care of. We know that being severely injured can place significant emotional and financial strain on the clients that come our way, and we do our best to alleviate that strain.We are looking for a person to become an Intake Specialist and join our Intake Department. The Intake Department is the part of our law firm that speaks with the potential new clients who call us looking for help. The person in this role will make our firm's first impression on every potential new client who calls looking for help. This is a person who is skilled in organization, communication, and persistence. The right fit will be comfortable on the phone and a master of selling our services and following up on leads.Success in this role is achieved by speaking with the potential new clients in an empathetic and friendly fashion, convert the majority of potential new clients into signed clients, persistently following up on leads, and keeping track of information and activity from leads.ResponsibilitiesAnswer Initial Calls from Leads and Potential New ClientsQualify the Leads by gathering information from them and Filling Out an Intake QuestionnaireAssuming the Lead qualifies, Sell the Lead our Services (We believe that sales is something you do for a person, not to a person).Follow up with leads who have become non-responsive.Call Former and Current Clients to Check in on them and see if they have any problems we can help with.Input all Information gathered from Leads into the Firm's CRM.Keep accurate notes of activity on any particular Lead's file.Open new matters, keep appropriate notes, and organize all related documents.Adhere to all firm and department policies and procedures related to opening new matters.QualificationsCompassion and EmpathySkilled at SalesExcellent communication skillsFluent in English (Verbal and Written)Fluent in Spanish (Verbal and Written)Computer Literacy/Proficiency2-4 Years of Experience in Sales or Legal IntakeOther RequirementsMust have your own computer, smartphone, and good, stable internet connection.Must have quiet space in which to speak on the phone for long periods of time.Interested?
