Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as an NFO/Express Air Freight Specialist located in the Guadalajara, Mexico Metropolitan Area. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate time-critical freight shipments, including Next Flight Out (NFO) and air express logistics. Key responsibilities include managing bookings, tracking shipments, communicating with clients and carriers, and ensuring compliance with international and local regulations. The Specialist will maintain timely responses, quote requests, and ensure seamless operations to meet client needs in high-pressure transport situations. Requirements • Strong knowledge of airfreight routes between Asia, Europe, and the Americas (import/export flows in both directions)• Experience handling airline booking systems, preferably WebCargo or similar airfreight platforms• Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced, time-critical logistics environment• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)• Flexibility with working hours, including evening/night shifts and weekend availability when required• Ability to work under pressure and manage high workload volumes efficiently• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills• Previous experience in airfreight operations, pricing, or time-critical logistics is preferred• Team player with proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
