FPSO Delivery Lead

Airswift is seeking an experienced FPSO Delivery Lead to join a major offshore development project based in Mexico City, supporting the delivery of a critical FPSO asset from FEED through EPC(I) and offshore installation phases.Role OverviewThe FPSO Delivery Lead will act as the Company’s Representative, overseeing and managing FPSO contractors across engineering, procurement, construction, yard activities, transportation, offshore installation, hook-up and commissioning. This role is pivotal in ensuring delivery in line with contractual, technical, regulatory, and HSEQ requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main Company interface with FPSO FEED and EPC(I) contractorsLead and coordinate FPSO engineering and delivery teamsEnsure contractor performance aligns with project schedule, KPIs and quality standardsManage interfaces with SURF and WHP contractors to ensure schedule and technical alignmentProvide leadership on HSEQ matters and act as a role model for contractorsSupport contract administration, change management, claims, NCRs, and technical queriesParticipate in risk workshops, identifying and mitigating project risksEnsure lessons learned are captured and incorporatedTravel to contractor yards, work sites and offshore locations as requiredRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or related discipline12–15+ years of experience in FPSO/FSU or similar offshore construction projectsProven experience across FPSO FEED and EPC phasesStrong knowledge of lease & operate contracts and contractor managementExperience working with both operators and contractorsSolid understanding of international and local regulatory frameworksDemonstrated leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsLanguagesFluent English (mandatory)Advanced/Fluent Spanish is a strong advantage
