The Senior Site Merchandiser – Marketplaces owns the content and listing optimization across Amazon, Mercado Libre, Dafiti, and other third-party platforms. You will ensure all products are accurately listed, searchable, and enhanced with conversion-driven copy and visuals. The role balances operational accuracy with platform-specific SEO and compliance.ResponsibilitiesListing ManagementUpload, update, and QA listings in Amazon Seller Central, Meli, and other marketplacesOptimize titles, bullets, attributes, and backend metadata for ranking and conversionManage variations, size grids, and localization per platformPerformance OptimizationMonitor content KPIs such as CTR, CVR, and page rankingRecommend changes to improve visibility and reduce suppressionCoordinate A+ Content and image enhancements with Brand and CreativeCross-Functional & Marketplace SupportWork with Customer Service to resolve content-related inquiries and prevent negative reviewsCollaborate with the Digital Experience Analyst to measure listing performance and drive improvementsPartner with Sales to align launch dates and catalog completenessRequirements4–6 years in marketplace merchandising, content ops, or catalog managementDeep familiarity with Amazon, Mercado Libre, and at least one other marketplaceDetail-oriented and SEO-savvy; able to write and edit effective product copyComfortable working in spreadsheets and seller portalsBilingual in Spanish and English; Portuguese and other languages a plus.
