Reports ToSales VPJob OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales manager with a proven track record in B2B sales for Hospitality SaaS, leadership, and cross-regional selling. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the hospitality industry, exceptional sales expertise, and the ability to manage and mentor a team. This role requires a consultative selling approach, strong cross-cultural communication skills, and experience in US/Mexico-LATAM markets. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth and building relationships, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities and DutiesSales & Business Development: Sell software and services to hospitality businesses using a consultative approach. Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, and handle contracts and pricing discussions effectively.Leadership & Team Management: Train, mentor, and lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Set sales goals, plan outreach strategies, and measure team performance to achieve targets.Industry & Regional Expertise: Leverage knowledge of hospitality technology (e.g., PMS, Channel Managers) and US/ LATAM market to navigate cultural differences, procurement processes, and decision-making structures.Product & Technical Skills: Master Dharma’s product offerings, conduct compelling demos, and utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) to drive sales.Cross-Cultural Communication: Build relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds, confidently present value propositions, and communicate fluently in English and Spanish.QualificationsProven success in B2B hospitality SaaS sales is required.Experience managing and mentoring a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs).Strong understanding of hospitality technology, including PMS, Channel Managers, and Booking Engines.Demonstrated success in cross-regional sales, particularly in US and Mexico markets.Excellent negotiation, closing, and pipeline management skills.Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools.Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Fluent in English and SpanishSelf-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.About DharmaAt its core, Dharma has always prioritized people — whether they're guests, staff, customers, or partners.
