With offices in California and operations nationwide, it sells more than 20,000 tons of top-quality fruit annually.With employees in both the U.S. and Mexico, the company is committed to attracting and developing talent within a warm work environment, promoting long-term relationships and a human-centered approach.The role: To build long-term business relationships with each client by understanding their business and identifying options that maximize their profitability / To negotiate directly with end clients to ensure 100% sell-through of the fruit, while preserving and strengthening the business relationship. / To provide technical information—such as pricing, market conditions, and regulations—to educate and inform clients throughout the sales process.Profile:Ability to quickly learn the technical and commercial aspects of the avocado industryStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills: outgoing, able to build rapport and develop new relationships from scratchSolid numerical skills to negotiate volumes and margins, and to clearly explain terms to clientsHighly organized: able to manage and track multiple orders throughout the import/export process, from loading to final deliveryVisa B1/B2. Willing to travel to the U.S. occasionallyCompensation:Independent contractor based in MexicoBase hourly rate in USD + % profit-based feeWeekly paymentsOne of the most competitive compensation annual packages in the Produce industry
