ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business partners in the South American market.Provide customer support during account registration, identity verification, deposits, withdrawals, and platform usage.Handle customer inquiries through live chat, email, and phone calls.Monitor and resolve issues related to transactions, accounts, and system operations.Engage with the trader community and promote the IB (Introducing Broker) partnership program.Identify, reach out to, and support potential IB partners or collaborators.Collaborate with internal teams to execute customer care campaigns and expand the user community.Requirements:English fluency is required (ability to communicate effectively with the international team, handle documentation, meetings, and daily communication in English).Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, strong listening and problem-solving abilities.Experience in customer service, sales, or IB/Affiliate programs is a plus.Basic understanding of financial markets, Forex or Crypto trading is an advantage.Familiarity with customer support tools (ticket systems, chat platforms, CRM) is desirable.Benefits:Basic salary: 600 USD/month.International working environment with growth opportunitiesSpecialized training in financial markets.
