America`s Junior Account ManagerJob descriptionOur Client’s overviewOur client is a privately owned company that has been supplying retailers across 5 continents for the last 22 years. In 2013 we obtained the global license to sell Kodak batteries. We are currently selling batteries in over 70 countries. We have aggressive growth plans and need a driven and dynamic Junior Account Manager to help us achieve these goals in the American region.Role and ResponsibilitiesReport to Head of Sales for The Americas to fully support with expansion in the regionCreate strong relationships with the network of distributors and retailers, providing support as requiredSupport the Head of Sales for The Americas with exploration and follow-up of all new opportunities to expand our client base and drive business growthSupport and implement marketing and sales activities for distributors and retailers to achieve annual targets and goalsDrive the Kodak battery brand into discount, mass merchant and convenience channelsWork closely with the internal team on product set-up, pricing and product information to ensure external customers are fully supportedMonitor market trends, report on competition and identify new business opportunitiesWorking closely with sales support team to ensure orders are processed efficiently Handle day-to-day customer inquiries and issues to ensure smooth business operationsAssist in the preparation and follow-up of customer quotations and pricing negotiationsAct as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries during the Head of Sales' absence due to business travel or leave, ensuring continuity of communication and timely resolution of issues.Participate in international trade shows and customer meetings when needed to support brand presence and growthRequirementsMust be organised and flexible to adjust to different internal and external requirementsExperience in account management is essential, preferably in an international contextExperience in managing and expanding relationships with customers across different countriesStrong negotiation and presentation skills Excellent Excel and Power Point skillsTeam playerPreferably has industry experienceFluent Spanish speakerAdditional information20 days annual holiday
