Job Title: Multimedia Content Creator/Manager Type: Part-time (25-35 hrs/week) Salary range: $9-$11 (USD/hr) Location: Remote in Mexico IMPORTANT NOTE: Please submit your CV in ENGLISH to be considered for the position. Our focus is singular, to scale companies, organizations, and brands by increasing customers, awareness, and brand recognition. Our digital marketing formula has been tried and tested, elegant in its execution and creative in its delivery of results. Who You Are We are seeking an experienced, strategic, detail-oriented content manager with 3+ years of experience to support the Agency’s content production and execution of high-quality, engaging digital content. In this role, you will develop and oversee content strategies, manage production workflows, and ensure alignment with brand goals and audience expectations. With a deep understanding of long-form content and the ability to leverage data-driven insights, you will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful storytelling across platforms. Content Strategy & Planning: Produce high-impact product content to tell stories and highlight product benefits using still photography, video, 3D and audio. Multi-format content such as short-form video, static imagery, social posts, and light motion graphics using AI tools  e.g. Invideo, CapcutAI, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Sora, Pika, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, and other emerging technologies. Evolve our content production capabilities through AI-powered video and image generation, upscaling, style transfer, voice-over generation, and rapid content adaptation for global markets. Collaborate with stakeholder management teams to ensure content meets strategic goals and brand guidelines. Knowledge & Skills Proven track record of creating content that drives traffic and engagement. Experience in Microsoft Office, Canva, Sprout Social (or similar tools), and LinkedIn Advertising. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of visual design principles and graphic design skills (preferred). Experience with marketing platforms/tools, including WordPress, BrightEdge, Semrush, Trello, JasperAI, Figma, Photoshop, Seismic, and Pardot/Salesforce (preferred). Familiarity with video marketing and multimedia storytelling (preferred). Proficient in leveraging AI tools to streamline content creation, research, optimization, and publishing workflows. Develop and manage a consistent content calendar across all platforms to ensure ongoing brand visibility and engagement. Coordinate and publish post-event recap content (reels, carousels, captions, etc.) to extend the lifecycle of each event and maximize engagement. Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts regularly across social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.). Must be able to edit short-form videos efficiently, ideally within 30 minutes to 1 hour per video, without sacrificing quality. We are not looking for traditional editors who take 6–8 hours per edit—speed and efficiency are essential to keep up with our content demands. (Can use and explore AI tools is a plus) Ability to work within fast turnaround times, especially for event recaps, trending content, or client deliverables. Must have experience using tools like CapCut, InVideo, or similar, and be comfortable incorporating AI-enhanced workflows for speed and creativity. Qualifications: Must have a minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital design, visual content creation, or a creative/technical hybrid role. Fashion experience is a plus. Must have proven advanced experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Gemini, ChatGPT). Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation, preferably with TikTok, Instagram, Lemon8, YouTube, and Facebook. Must have excellent visual instincts—layout, composition, tone, and storytelling. Must have ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in photo editing (Canva) and basic video editing skills. Ability to create simple designs and visually appealing content.
