Plant Production Leader

Job Title: Plant Production Leader We are seeking an experienced production leader to oversee our plant operations in a Mexico facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing daily operations, building relationships with original equipment manufacturers, and driving process improvements. Main Responsibilities: Operational Effectiveness: Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations. Production Enhancement: Increase production capacity, asset utilization, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards. Product Quality and Shipping: Be responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results. Strategic Leadership: Implement strategies in alignment with business objectives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus. Operations Monitoring: Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions. People Management: Foster a trusting relationship with the workgroup, recruit, manage, and develop plant staff. Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyze data to find areas for waste reduction and overtime optimization. Safety Procedures: Commit to upholding plant safety procedures. Performance Metrics: Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets. Employee Relations: Address employees' issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements. Knowledge Sharing: Influence and learn from team members. You will oversee daily operations, build relationships with OEMs, and drive process improvements to meet business objectives.
