X**Roles and Responsibilities**- Responsible for the consistent development, deployment, and improvement of engaging technical and solution training for all businesses and their global channels.- Develops conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.- Develops conceptual knowledge of technical software products, work processes, and customer use cases.- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or previous experience. Understands how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to this area.- Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.- Builds written learning assets by leveraging the Microsoft product suite.- Builds multi-media and eLearning assets by leveraging the Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate Storyline product suite.**Required Qualifications**- This role requires basic experience in the Services & Digital Education Services.- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (Educational, Communication, Psychology, Administration or similar).- Capable of proofreading and editing in English- Ms Office experience- Able to legally work in Mexico. This position can work remotely within Mexico.- Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.**Desired Characteristics**- Organized and detail oriented.- Persistent with acquiring knowledge and quickly learns about a variety of technical tasks and solutions, independent thinker and self-motivated to constantly learn and improve.- eLearning and/or video development experience a strong plusLI-ES1
