You will drive change and improve transport/logistics processes to optimize inbound and/or outbound product and material delivery to external and internal clients.**This position reports to**:Transport, Management Center(TMC)Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Preparing and updating the monthly logistics schedule to ensure deliveries to production locations and coordinating product delivery schedules with customers.- Coordinating daily activities to track finished goods and raw materials, and rerouting freight to meet demand and minimize costs.- Communicating status to Logistics and Sales organizations as appropriate.- Working with transport service providers and brokers to effectively execute processes, assisting in obtaining permits, and preparing proper documentation.- Aiding the development and implementation of improved processes and systems, and maintaining the master data.**Your background**:- A Bachelor´s degree in International Trade or similar.- 4 years of experience related at International Transportation and Trade.- Use of TMS (Transportation Management Systems) desirable.- Use of ERP Tool (SAP) is desirable.- Use of Microsoft Office.- Knowledge on Lean Six Sigma Tools.- A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.- Fluent Reading, Written and Speaking English.**More about us**:
