Location: any state of Mexico Industry - Sector: Financial Services – Banking What you’ll do? Work actively with team members to analyze and resolve application issues. Identify defects, discrepancies, and trends by ways of code debugging or log analysis. Manage incidents and effectively communicate with users, application owners and senior stakeholders across all areas. What you’ll bring: Experience as a L2 support engineer ITIL Process experience with Service Mgmt., Knowledge Mgmt., Incident Mgmt Hands-on experience in SQL (Pl/SQL), Unix and Shell Scripting Hands-on Read and Debug Java Code Soft skills: Work Underpressure, Quality at work, Results Oriented What can YOU expect in a career with Capgemini?
