Purchasing Specialist

Role: Process orders for BAU projects and support new projects’ implementation Ensure the goods are procured and delivered at best possible price, within deadline and from most reliable vendors to maximize the margin of a project Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of contracts with strategic vendors and establish relationships with them Be responsible for selecting the best vendors Requirements: 3+ years experience (or equivalent) in purchasing/procurement Previous experience (or equivalent) in commercial role C1 English, Portuguese will be a big plus Ability to work in ERP/WMS Project management knowledge Sourcing of IT hardware in LATAM countries Onboarding new vendors, creating customer accounts at vendor portals Would be a massive plus: previous experience working at Distributors or OEMs like HP, DELL, Lenovo, Samsung Benefits: Buddy program Food Allowance --> Net Allowance Internal career development program Mobile working Onboarding program Unlimited employment contract Be part of Us Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
