Learn more: We offer: 12 days of vacation Flexible working hours, 1 remote day per week when possible and aligned with operational needs Professional onboarding and training options A dedicated team eager to work with you Career coaching and development opportunities Reporting to the Technical Service Manager, the Technical Service Administrator is responsible for coordinating and following up on administrative activities within the technical service area. This includes managing the service calendar, communicating with clients, billing, and providing data for monitoring KPIs, operational reports, quality management, and system use (CRM and ERP). The role contributes to department objectives through process improvement, standardization, and effective use of DBS tools, ensuring excellent service and strong client relationships. This position is based in Col. Industrial Vallejo, Deleg. Azcapotzalco, México D.F., with a hybrid work model (4 days in-office, 1 day remote). Typical daily responsibilities include: Coordinating and assigning activities to service engineers, using Lean methodology to balance workloads and prioritize services Ensuring operational service delivery Managing data collection and availability for KPI monitoring Managing and submitting service quotations promptly based on customer needs and diagnostics Executing and verifying accurate invoicing monthly Managing spare parts and tools inventory Supporting the sales team with quotation validation when needed Coordinating equipment reception, repair, and shipment, ensuring timely delivery Following up on payments for services rendered Addressing customer requests to ensure satisfaction Managing department resources efficiently Maintaining the workshop in optimal condition Collaborating on new projects with other departments Conducting GEMBA Walks to identify operational improvements Fostering a respectful, collaborative work environment Essential requirements: Degree in Industrial, Chemical, Biomedical, Electronic Engineering, or Administrative field; experience in coordinating and supervising technical services Proficiency in English (80% reading, 80% speaking, 80% writing) Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems; knowledge of ServiceMax, Salesforce, and Oracle is a plus Minimum 1 year experience as a Dispatcher or Administrative role in a Technical Service department or similar Strong negotiation and communication skills We are proud to be part of Veralto, a $5B global leader dedicated to water quality, food safety, and essential goods.
