Associate Graphic Designer Role The ideal candidate will work closely with senior directors to bring our brand vision to life, creating compelling graphics and designs that resonate with our target audience. We are seeking a passionate and visionary Associate Graphic Designer to support our Pro Standard business. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute graphic elements for both men's and women's collections, aligning with brand identity and market trends. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to design standards. Prepare detailed documents outlining technical specifications, including design details, colorways, and placements. Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing priorities to meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality. Support the entire design process from concept to final product, collaborating with international teams and using PLM to ensure consistency. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience as a graphic designer in the apparel or fashion industry, with a portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills. Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite). Solid understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and printing techniques. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams. Detail-oriented, ensuring all designs meet brand standards and maintain high quality. Experience with PLM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
