We are seeking a highly creative Digital Graphic Designer to help shape the visual voice of our agency and client brands. Creative Execution + Brand Design: Design digital assets for social media, paid ads, web banners, emails, decks, and moodboards across multiple accounts Apply brand identity with consistency while pushing creative direction forward Illustrate custom assets, icons, and creative treatments that elevate everyday content Support campaign creative from concept to launch — including mockups, story frames, and packaging design Efficiency + Accuracy: Work efficiently across multiple deadlines with shifting priorities Turn creative feedback into sharp revisions — fast Organize working files and asset delivery across teams and platforms Culture-Led Visual Storytelling: Stay plugged into visual trends, cultural moments, and creative references in fashion, sport, and youth culture Bring new creative ideas to the table — from layout styles to design references Contribute to creative brainstorms, deck building, and visual direction for campaigns Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, Creative Director, and Digital team to support day-to-day content and larger seasonal campaigns Align design deliverables with social and influencer timelines Be responsive, communicative, and collaborative across teams and time zones
